注釋：石漆是采用天然碎石與高級水溶性樹脂結(jié)合而成，有時石料本色因天然因素，有較輕的偏差，故產(chǎn)品與圖版顏色出現(xiàn)偏差時，純屬正常現(xiàn)象。

Note：The stone paint adopted the natural stone fragments and senior water solvents to integrate for the structure. Sometimes the stone material，s original color has a little difference because of the natural elements. Therefore, the product may appear the difference from graphic colors, it absolutely belongs to the normal circumstances。

施工方法及步驟   Application Methods and Steps

1素地要求

1）一比三水泥砂粉光并養(yǎng)生15天以上，粉光面須平坦但不可太光滑，切角不可。

2）施工前水泥面或被涂物面不得有青苔，油脂或其他污染物，有則需完全清除，否則會影響附著力，并保持充分干燥。

3）涂有舊涂料，被涂物面必須試驗或確認可附著，始得開工，否則必須鏟除。

1 Base requirement 

1) Plaster with cement mortar (cement to sand1:3) and cure by water for above 15 days, the plasterer must be even but not too smooth and the edge can not be too sharp.   

2) Before construction, the cement surfaces or the painted things sides can’t exist the moss, oil or other pollutants .If they exist, you need to clean them completely. 

3) Test or confirmation must be made that the surface with old painting can be attached before construction; otherwise it must be removed.

2打底及封底處理

被涂物均須打底及封底處理以防止?jié)B色，透濕污染石漆，底漆用量每遍需0.3㎏∕㎡以上，直到完全無滲色為止。

2 Sealer painting and sealing conduct

To prevent color bleeding and polluting the coat, the base must be sealed with the sealer’s coverage above 0.3kg/m2 for every coat until no bleeding occur. 

3放樣標線

以畫好的黑線，先用直尺或標線做出直線記號。

3 Drawing the line

Draw black lines and mark with ruler.

4貼線條膠帶

貼膠帶必須先貼直線，再貼橫線，對有接頭處可釘上鐵釘，以免噴涂后找不出膠帶源頭。

4 Sticking adhesive tape on line 

Stick down vertical line first then horizontal line with adhesive tape, nail at the intersect of lines to find out the tape.

5噴涂石漆

開始噴涂石漆，噴涂厚度2~3mm，空氣壓力在6~10kg/cm2間，噴涂時，不噴涂之他物須以報紙張貼或膠帶完全隔離，噴涂后硬化24小時，噴涂面必須與樣版片外觀符合，用量大約3~5kg∕m2.

5 Spraying stone the stone fragments lacquer 

Begin to spray the stone’s middle lacquer with the thickness of 2~3mm and air pressure is between 6~10 kg∕cm2.When spraying ,the non-sprayed things should completely be covered by the newspaper or adhesive tapes. For 24 hours, curing after spraying the coat of paint must be the same as the sample. The using amounts are about 3~5kg/m2.

6 去除線條膠帶

噴涂后隨即去除膠帶，膠帶去除必須小心，不得影響涂膜切角，去除方法，盡量往上拉開，不要往前拉。

6 Tearing down the tape

 Soon after spraying the paint, tear down the tape carefully upwards instead of downwards to avoid damaging the coat’s edge.  

7研磨

在噴涂石漆面漆之前將石漆表面有銳角之顆粒磨平約30~50%。可增加碎石美感及減少銳利并避免灰塵滯留。

7 Grinding:

 Before spraying stone fragment lacquer surface. Please grind the surface to about 30~50% of the particles with sharp angle, doing this can make it looks more beautiful, decrease sharpness and prevent dust from remaining.

8全面噴涂透明耐候漆

待石漆完全硬化48小時后，確認干透則可全面噴涂透明耐候面漆，每㎡用量需0.3㎏以上.

8 Spraying Enamel paint:

After the stone paint has completely hardened for 48hour, the transparent weather-resistant can be sprayed. Over 0.3kg is needed per square metre.
